These public walking tours explored the constructed environment of the docklands, Pearse Street and the perimeter of Trinity College, focusing on the theme of intimacy and architecture. They were run in conjunction with the Intimacy exhibition at the Science Gallery, Dublin. We went off the beaten track, exploring many unfamiliar lanes and streets. Our themes included domesticity, the sensory environment, inhabitation and personal space, using intimacy as a lens to examine the city in new ways.
